When you have found “The One!”, I’ll look at recent sales of comparable properties in the area to determine the right offer. Then, I’ll negotiate with the seller to make sure you get the best price and terms. It’s my duty to ensure that your best interests are made #1. I will be available to answer any and all questions that you may have regarding the buying and closing process.

  • Monitor your loan approval status.

  • Finalize all details for a smooth closing.

  •  Buyers’ final walkthrough, a final inspection to make sure the property is still in the same condition as when it was inspected.
