Columbia, TN Townhouse Remodel Project!
Hello again! It’s been a while, lets say it’s been pretty hectic after the holiday season ended! We’ve been busting our tails on some projects of ours, and one big one we have finally completed was the remodel of a rental townhome of ours in Columbia Tn! Below you will see some Before’s and afters, and what a difference this work has made! I didn’t get a whole lot of “before’s”, but we have all on our video down below!

Fresh designer paint throughout, Crown moulding/chair rail, and luxury vinyl wood flooring and new plush carpet perked this place up!
Granite, distressed vinyl wood backsplash, stainless steel appliances and new cabinet hardware gave the kitchen a more luxurious and updated feel.
This project was long and definitely required some hard work and extra funds, but in the long run these types of overhauls are well worth it since it raises the value of not only the rent, but the property value as well. 1 unit done 5 more to go. Thanks for checking out our rehab!
